For the newbie or someone who would enjoy a more personalized experience.A session that is tailored to your needs and goals where we commonly infuse things like meditation and pranayama ( breath work) to bring a sense of peace to the mind, body and soul. Integrating the power of the poses by balancing the fiery poses with restorative poses. I love working with people and seeing how  the magic of yoga can have a profound and transformative effect on their life as it has in mine.
